Recent User Experience

Not a good scent at all, like I'm not even sure it's a matter of taste. To me it smells like maybe a combination of frankincense or myrrh with mint and maybe a little black pepper? So VERY earthy, if you will, which some people I know really like. Just not me.I tried it anyway because it was quite moisturizing and the smell didn't keep me awake and had faded after a bit. But still. I can't help but wonder if this is a matter of old stock that is starting to turn because I can't find a best by or expiry date on it. I'll check back to see what other reviewers say. Because I'd like to try to add some of my other oils to counteract the current scent, maybe lavender. Which isn't my favorite either but might mix well with what's there and mask some of the less pleasant (to me) notes. As I said I like the moisturizing part of it, it's the scent I'm having trouble with.
