This is a wonderful way to make stock for cooking or, my personal favorite, for rice, to be used in different dishes. It adds a nice bit of salt and umami into your rice (or the broth itself) and makes it so wonderful. I've also tried putting some into a one of those cup ramens (not much, barely any) and it really elevates the flavor. It's a wonderful product that goes a long way.And at an MSRP of 7.98 (at time of purchase) it's a wonderful value too. It's not a huge bag but you use so little (1/3rd TSP for 3 cups of water) that it will last you a long time, unless you use it a lot, and then, it's worth it for that reason too. Highly recommended.
