I make rice in my rice maker frequently but had never seen these super food addable sachets until now, so I had to try them. They are easy to use, I just put them in with my rice and it increases the nutritional value a lot. I even did it with quinoa in my rice maker and it turned out great. It feels way healthier to add these in than to eat plain rice especially by itself. It doesn't change the flavor enough for me to notice at least! At the current price of about $14.99 for six sachets of super foods, I feel like that's a pretty good value for what you get, although a bit out of my price range, so I'm not sure if I'd order them again, but I do recommend them to others as far as quality goes.
