My own method of obtaining much needed relief from this product is to try to place the weight of my head onto my chin and rest it on the hard brace, as this could produce a gentle but lasting traction effect to my back spine.This might possibly be the best product of its kind available on Amazon these days, as other manufacturers have discontinued production of this type of hard braces and focused on producing soft braces instead. My problem is that to me, soft braces are completely useless.As regards the product itself, it is already very good, but perhaps it may still be further improved by reinforcing or doubling the padding to the chin area, so as to prevent the plastic edge from feeling as if it is "cutting" into the chin.
