Customers find the cervical collar uncomfortable to wear. The neck support receives mixed feedback, with some saying it works well enough as a corrective device while others report it doesn't provide adequate stabilization. Recent User Experience

I might be returning this product. It's not as constricting as a full hared collar, but it's NOT comfortable. The insides are very rigid and not padded (some padding would have helped). I have a normal size 18" neck and the large is small. The velcro closure almost does not reach. If they had placed a little padding to the inside (like the padding on the chin) and added about 2" to the strap, this would have been a great collar. It's a shame that they did not think of this during the manufacturing process. II would NOT recommend. Only treason I still have it is because I'm going to give it another try for one day and I really don't want to go back to the full hard collar.
