I received this plantar fasciitis night splint bundle mainly to help with heel and arch pain. The massage roller included in the bundle is excellent. It’s firm, rolls smoothly, and does a great job loosening up the bottom of the foot. I’ve been using it daily and it provides noticeable relief, especially before bed and in the morning.The night splint itself was a different experience. While it does provide a strong stretch, I found it uncomfortable around my toes. After wearing it for a short time, my toes started to feel sore and cramped, which made it hard to keep on overnight. Adjusting the straps helped a little, but it never became comfortable enough for long use in my case.This bundle could still be useful depending on foot shape and tolerance. The roller alone is worth using, but the splint may not work for everyone. If toe comfort is a concern, that’s something to keep in mind.
