But this elbow sleeve works as stated, is of good quality, comfortable material, and really has helped me and I want to tell you about it so you can make an informed decision for yourself. A little wordy, but bear with me.I fell and struck an elbow on a tile floor resulting in a large swollen liquid-filled "golf ball size" thing swelling up. The doctor put a large bandage over it and secured it in place with tape, then wrapped it tight with an elastic bandage. It didn't last the night, as the Velcro (r) itched badly, and the tape caused a rash.I tried several different and "expensive" sleeves, including one with Velcro(r) or expanding fibers with Velcro(r), and others with the bulky wrap-around straps above and below the knee with a hole over the kneecap— none of them worked. All of them were uncomfortable, did not stay in place, slipped up and down the arm, and—were a waste of money I willingly paid, hoping for one that would perform as advertise.On Amazon, I saw the Heelbo Elbow Sleeve ad, and thought it couldn't possibly work...not for a fraction of the cost of others. I order two anyway; one to wear and one to wash and dry. It is extremely comfortable, and I even forget it is on. The elbow swelling began to heal by the second day. Within about ten days it was completely healed. I attribute that to the comfortable and snug fitting that simply applies a gentle constant pressure, working quietly as I went about my daily tasks.Thank you, Heelbo.Don, Hemet, CA
