I have a straight neck (no curve), collapsed disk under the skull, and a slight back hump.I have been seeing chiropractors monthly for 30 years. They keep the pain under control but I get headaches and muscle cramps in my neck regularly.I sleep on a chiropractic product.This product used on someone with severe neck damage is a process.Day 1 for 5 minI had a lot of pain in my back hump, my neck muscles felt stretched to the limit of cramping.Day 2 for 10 minNo pain or discomfort. I enjoyed the device.Day 3 for 10 minI woke up with massive pain in my back hump. It felt relieved when I used the device. Then the rest of the day and night, massive pain in my back hump. I felt it being forced to straighten out.Day 4 for 10 minOn the device no pain. Just a great stretch. The back hump pain now travelled lower to the part of my back under the back hump. Massive pain, can barely get out of bed, had to roll myself, trouble doing anything without pain.Day 5 for 10 minRelief using the device. The pain travelled down again and radiated to my shoulder. It was unbearable. I was worried I did some damage to my back. Neck feels great though. I decided to take a break from the device.No device Fri, Say, and Sun. Mon and Complete bedrest using chiropractic pillow all weekend. I took a B50 for inflammation at night.Monday - 90% pain goneTues - 5 minNo pain, just a stretch in my neck. Neck feels so wonderful, no pain in upper back.Wed - 5 minFeel fine. I notice that my posture is straighter. Seems the pain is behind.I will update in a few weeks. Its helped so much with my back hump and neck, I feel it will continue to align me but I need to use it for shorter session because of all the back problems Ive had for 30 years. I am 50 and without chiropractic I would be disabled by now.My advice if you have back injuries: use for short 5 min session every other day, take B50, go to the chiropractor.
