This is a really great toner. I like that you spray it on. You can definitely rub/pat it in after spraying as well. It is light and it absorbs fully in just a few minutes. It smells really nice too, a sweet and floral scent that isn't too overpowering.I have been using it all over my body, not just my face, with good results. I do at-home laser hair removal, so I've been using this on my legs inbetween treatments along with the Haia Muntari Berry ECM Restructuring Cream and a Cica serum. You could probably just use it alone on your body though, it's hydrating enough.But it leaves my legs soft and bright. It helps keep my skintone pretty even and I'm hopeful over time it'll help reduce strawberry legs as well.I recommend this highly! The packaging is wonderful too, it's HEAVY and (I think) really thick glass? But it looks great on my counter. And again I love that it's a spray. I've tried a few products and I think I like Haia as a brand in general!
