I had never heard of cucumber powder before so this is my first time trying it out. I love cucumbers in my salads so I definitely wanted to try this. I thought this was going to be a cool addition if you ran out of cucumbers and wanted to still have the taste. You can add it to pretty much anything though. The shipping was very quick and the bottle was sealed when received. I tried it on some dishes I was cooking and I didn't taste it much so it isn't an overwhelming flavor. I think this is a great addition to have in your pantry. Based on the ingredient list it is a nutrient rich powder and would be great for adding to pastas, to use in soups and any other dishes you may have in mind. I would look at this brand for other seasonings the have available.
