most likely not... these are quality dried green and red peppers ( a really great mix of both colors ) that add flavor to rubs and salts (with a little extra work) or soups and stews AND if you want to talk about fixing things... add a teaspoon ot two to a cup of rice as it cooks. ALL without the hastle of dealing with full peppers, chopping, seeding, storing or using withing a day or two.they are best is soaked in an equal amount of warm water for 20 to 30 minutes or more if using them in meat balls or things like pasta or potato salads but in everything else so far (really just hamburgers) i just add a few teaspoons to a tablespoon of the dried peppers and call it a day. they infuse everything with just the right amount of bell pepper flavor. we're thinking about trying them and sun dried tomatoes on pizza to see if it would be good. might update if we find a cool use.
