As stand alone shampoo (and conditioner) the set is okay. As part of the Elumen Hair Color System it’s integral. If you color your hair try Elumen Hair Color, the products leave your hair richly colored and amazingly, your hair feels and acts better! It’s as though you had some sort of deep conditioning treatment done! Fair warning, the Elumen Hair Color system is a massive pain in the butt as it is a 4-Step process but you will LOVE your hair afterward! I use it because i developed an increasing sensitivity to the PPD in hair dyes. Elumen doesn’t have it and I’ve learned is safe for use on pregnant women! If you can find a Salon that uses Elumen do it and use this shampoo and conditioner to keep you color longer.
