Recent User Experience

I ordered 2 cases and only received 2 individual boxes. Amazon could not replace the items so they gave me a refund and told me to order again and they would honor the price. I did that, and received yet another huge shipping box with only 2 small individual boxes of product. The box was labelled "HEAVY" and it was large enough to fit 2 cases, so there is obviously a "quantity" issue in Amazon's system... Also the price went from $64.00 to $104.00 immediately after I ordered them the first time.... very sneaky.....
