I found that using an exfoliating cream every few days before applying this wrinkle reducing cream helped my skin absorb it, the reason I didn't use the exfoliating cream every day is because it's not a good idea to use abrasives too much, there are only a few layers of epidermis above the dermis and this neck cream's growth factors encourage skin cell turnover in the epidermisSince it encourages growth of new skin cells it does take a few weeks before effects can be noticed, also I found that using sunscreen to avoid getting the new sensitive skin sunburned helped a lot
