If you like Jah Jan mien you will like this. I add a tablespoon of peanut butter to the soup. It's delicious. For a balanced meal I add two handfuls of frozen peas and carrots before microwaving.One drawback. I get thirsty from MSG and I get thirsty after eating this.But I love it.I short cut the preparation by using boiling water.Note: this review is credited to my husband since I share the Amazon account with him.
