Product Description Ideal for retrieving steel and iron parts from hard-to-reach and see work areas, the General Tools 384N Flexible Telescoping Magnetic Pick-Up is a great combination tool for retrieving lost items from confined areas. Equipped with a powerful 2 lb. pull Neodymium magnet the shaft can be either rigid or flexible by simply unscrewing the handle and removing the steel shaft. Without the shaft, the pick can easily snake around objects to retrieve lost items. The shaft can extend from 18" (457mm) to 32" (813mm). Easily find and grab small tools or hardware in hard to reach areas such as cars, behind the work bench, or around the house. It can even grab those pesky items that fall behind cabinets, entertainment center or refrigerator. Helpful when working in automobiles, construction, and other home projects. Very much needed tool to have because we all drop things and they fall into places that we will never be able to reach. The fact that this is slim in design makes it easier to retrieve those pesky screws, nuts, and other assorted metallic objects that we really don't want to spend more money on replacing if we only had a helping tool like this one.
