Read the ad. it is leg and body combined. Inside is paper with the crab wrapped up. No having to scrap around. This is not lump crab. The texture is of minced or having put the crab in a blender. This is fine with me. As much as I love crab salad .That is how much I hate having to clean it. The lack of one star is the can. I could not open it with my electric can opener. I used my old turn the handle. The problem is, I have arthritis and this is hard for me to do. The expiration dates is Feb of 2027. No having to rush to use it. That's nice. I would buy it again.
