Their organic chipotle ranch is delish, too.Layer the lettuce, tomato quarters, and dressing.If avocado on hand … if fresh isn’t available take a bag of frozen defrosted. Add olive oil, garlic, pinch of Himalayan salt, and fresh garden cilantro. Close the freezer bag. Smash around.This is a magical topping.The taco salad is a tasty filling light treat.They also taste good with wild planet tuna mixed in dressing or chicken prepped with some taco type seasoning.Cheese is optional.
