Failing to read the ingredients, assumed by the name that it was just fried eggplant.Pleasantly surprised that it was actually made with other ingredients.Was skeptical of the price with just fried eggplant but it was well worth the price.Had some with fried zucchini and it hit the spot. Will try again with rice.It reads you can eat it cold out of the can but I microwaved it for like 90 seconds.No packaging problems.Considered 4 stars due to the price however if you're a eggplant lover it's well worth the price.
