My physical therapist recommended this product. It’s really working well. Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying - too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt.I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. This was a breeze. I’m 5’5”.
