This support helps a lot with a weak knee that re-injures easily under stress. I always wear it when I have to lift or drag stuff around, or when spending a lot of time walking around stores with hard concrete floors. The firmest support is located at each end, with a softer fabric around the kneecap itself so it flexes easily. Note It is put on like a stocking rather than strapped around the joint and the support is listed as "moderate". Since I get a skin reaction to contact with neoprene products, I have to place a protective cotton strip around my knee first but this an easy workaround. I got a great price on it and Seller shipped presto quicko. All in all very satisfied with this purchase.
