I think this product doesn’t have more reviews because most of us are probably less than enthusiastic about publicly endorsing/criticizing intimate products!I’m partly reviewing this for selfish reasons, as I have found NOTHING that compares in terms of combining gentleness & effectiveness.I tried 4 similar products for sensitive skin before a friend recommended this.This is the ONLY product that doesn’t sting!(Full disclosure: after using this , I use disposable cotton cloth.)However, I have SUPER sensitive skin and I think it’s very unlikely you would need to do this.These are a decent size and really make you feel clean and fresh.Not as good as a proper shower, but really very close!This company is cruelty free, which is extremely important to me!I was surprised to see a review by someone with interstitial cystitis (IC), because I ALSO have this uncommon bladder condition & I am a little confused how a product meant for external use could aggravate a bladder condition.The only way I can think that an external cleansing product could possibly aggravate a bladder disorder would be if it gave someone a UTII have never gotten a UTI from these (or any other product in this category , regardless of the brand), and I do think this is a very unusual reaction.I’m sensitive to fragrances, always choosing fragrance free products, and I don’t detect any fragrance.This is an excellent product & I’m grateful that this is on the market!It absolutely makes my life easier!
