Hands down the best grass-fed, organic tallow I've used for cooking. It has a rich yellow color indicative of high-quality fat. The flavor is fantastic, and in both of the orders we've placed, the product has come in good condition and hasn't leaked at all. I think the price is very fair for how much you get considering the quality of the tallow itself. I literally don't cook in anything but tallow, except maybe butter when warranted. The container is a pretty standard size made of glass. I've noticed that the texture is definitely harder and firmer than other tallows, which I think is a good thing and means the fats are more stable and higher quality.Definitely recommend!
