These beans are great. So let me respond to some of the other reviews.First of all, none of my cans were dented. In the past, I've received a lot of dented canned food from Amazon but maybe they changed their ways, anyway none of mine were dented.Second, people complain about the gelatinous stuff in the can. I've noticed all canned beans have some kind of starchy goo, I always wash it off. This liquid is more gelatinous, but that could very well be from the kombu seaweed that is added. The kombu was likely added to prevent the beans from causing gas, and it works. This is the first canned bean that hasn't given me gas at all - awesome!Yes, they do have 5 net carbs per serving, not 1 or 2, but that is still very low for beans. I find they work very well with a low carb diet.They are very pleasant and satisfying to eat, for sure. I have them for breakfast every day.My only reservation is that they are relatively expensive, but I do intend to keep buying them.
