This is one of those items you didn't know you needed until you try it. What a super-fast upgrade of normal ramen this is. I have been making ramen more lately - since I discovered the bags of ramen flavoring - rather that just buying the cheap packets in the store. I love mixing it with my own healthy protein noodles. Now I can add this veg as well without having to keep it fresh on hand or frozen. Super convenient.Everything does rehydrate well, unlike some dehydrated fruits that stay that way even after soaking in liquid for ages - these rehydrate nicely and have a nice flavor to them.Kimchi is hit or miss for me, but when added in small amounts to ramen it is a pure winner. Same for mushroom. The two add a LOT of flavor in a very good way.You don't need much as these items expand when added to the ramen, so a little goes a long way. Thus making the value for money quite fair.
