Bought this for my son. We used the measurement process suggested by the manufacturer, and initially ordered a large. That ended up being too big. We ordered a medium, and the vendor sent us an XXL. We were under a time crunch, so I searched and found the same knee sleeve from a different vendor, which ended up being more expensive but we got it when we needed it. When I tried to return the brace that was the wrong size, I was initially told it was a non-returnable item. It took some time, but I was eventually able to get a refund by contacting Amazon directly. I could not return it just using the normal return process. My son does like the brace. It is comfortable. It seems to be a very good product, I just had a bit of a headache of a process to finally get one that fits.
