i used to have a hard time getting fruit into my home or even in my diet due to fresh fruit spoiling & requiring trips to grocery stores instead of just any store. this helps fill my needs & i can add it to meals & even use it for a snack. plus the juice is a nice little beverage.the only complaint i have is that i have to open them inside the sink because the juice squirts off the surface, due to like surface tension of the seal & such. so unless i figure out how to catch that juice, then it ends up getting on my table, counter, shirt, etc. at least with the sink i can either wipe it off or wash it away, depending on whether i have a gnat situation or not.oh but since i have gotten these cups instead of relying on the ability to have & store fresh fruit which i was failing at, my gnat problems have rarely come up again!
