Customers find the lumbar support cushion works well and is reasonably priced. However, the cushion receives mixed feedback about its size, with some saying it's perfect while others find it extremely small. Moreover, the firmness and thickness are criticized, with customers noting it's softer than expected and not thick enough. Additionally, the compression rate is a concern as the cushion compresses into almost nothing, and several customers report it doesn't fit their chairs properly.

Recent User Experience

I purchased this as an option since it was reasonable priced and I needed 2 using them for support under both shoulders when I lay down. I have used items like these during therapy visits and was directed to get them from Amazon by my therapist. However when I got them and used them for the very first time they both completely flattened out providing zero support needed like the ones I used in therapy. Buyer beware these items are not returnable and you cannot simply send them back since they do not fit the item as described. I had to call Amazon directly and request a refund due to item not being satisfactory/ items not as described. It was a complete waste of time, money and effort. I don't understand why Amazon allows such products that clearly have alot of bad ratings..... (yep I totally missed that part- my bad)
