Great flavor and easy to make; two parts water to one part rice, and oil or butter if you want. And you can jazz it up so many ways! Make it with chicken, beef or vegetable broth. Saute vegetables while this cooks and combine the rice and veg when they're all done. Add garlic powder, black pepper and/or red pepper flakes for extra punch. We've even used a spoonful of frozen orange juice concentrate in the cooking liquid to give this a really amazing flavor.This is ideal with pretty much ANY meat, but we like it best with fish, seafood, chicken or pork. My husband even eats it with leftover meat, like a chop or a piece or two of chicken..You won't go wrong with this rice, but it is a bit pricey here on Amazon. But we love it so much that we'll get it here if we can't find it at our local supermarkets.
