When you're done you simply put used pad, non flushable tampon, disposable disc, ect and all associated trash into the little bag, then you zip it up & toss it in the trash. This product is good for anyone that has a period but they are especially great for younger girls as they can be very self conscious of their period. These little bags let teens carry their feminine products into the restroom at school in an inconspicuous bag. I know I was very worried people would know I had my period, especially boys! And kids can be cruel. These little bags will fit right in a jeans/pants pocket or in a purse. There are other uses for these too but that's the main function. These bags are cure enough that you could fill with candy/small party favors on any occasion. They also come in handy to store body jewelry & earrings. These bags are also a good size for putting medications & vitamins so you can separate your daily pills/vitamins and you can reuse them several times for thag purpose. I would definitely recommend these, especially at this price point which is comparable to othrt bags of this type.*Note 1:If you're using a reusable cup or disc make sure to rinse it off well before sealing it in the bag. Then place the bag in your purse, gym bag or in your carry-on bag so you can take the cup/disc home to properly clean it. These bags are a good way to keep your reusables clean & ready for your next use too.These are sturdy little bags made of high quality materials and the ziplock style closure works perfectly.**Note 2:Keep in mind these are possibly big enough to use to put disposable or cloth baby diapers(just barely!)but I wouldn't recommend them for that. And they are definitely too small to use for adult diapers/adult pullup stlye underwear.
