When you have gotten past menopause a few years, you find there are topical creams that you need to deliver to certain areas of your body, that vastly improve your quality of life. Don't underestimate it! Prescribed Topical cream can make such a difference to dryness, thinness, pain.... What you find however, once you start using this cream several times a week, is that those necessary creams come with only one applicator to use for the whole month, and by the end of a month, that applicator is pretty yucky looking with product build-up, and really questionably hygienic. So, these extra sets of applicators you can buy right here, are a life saver really. You can change out your applicator when needed, and not chance it with one that looks like it is past its prime. (Very hard to clean applicators well I might add, after each use.) This set of replacement applicators is great, inserts fine, delivers reasonably well, although I wish there was less gap around the edges of the plunger, with how expensive the cream I use is, I don't want any waste! I want it all delivered! This isn't too bad though. This brand of applicators is actually a "reorder" on my part, I leaped on this when I saw it was 20 applicators this time. That is a much better amount than the first package I tried, that only had 10 applicators in it. I think getting 20 is much more practical than buying in groups of 10. You need to be able to change these out whenever you get the sense that it is time to do so, you don't want to have to economize with these.
