I typically wear a size 10-12 on top, 10 on bottom. I'm 5'9 and 160 pounds, so I'm usually a medium large kinda girl. But scrubs in general are way oversized, plus I like a trimmer fit, so I ordered a small in this top, and small also in the matching elastic waist bottoms. They fit fantastic. The seaming on this top really flatters, and the cutouts on the bottom add a bit of fashionable flair. My only complaint is that sometimes the sleeves ride up on my arms a bit, but it's nothing illegal so I can deal with it. And the fabric! Oh my god, it must be experienced to be believed. It is very stretchy, comfortable, and flattering. I have high standards for scrubs and typically only wear Grey's Anatomy scrubs, but these Dickies Xtreme Stretch scrubs are my new favorites. I love them so much that I wear them everywhere. Even when I'm just hanging out at home. And the price is right. Good stuff all around. I love it. And as an added bonus, cat hair does't stick to them like it sticks to cotton. These are easier to just brush off with your hands and remove some of the offending cat hair.
