I have postmenopausal 3B curls that love me the most when I only shampoo every 7-10 days and do scalp massages with just a little conditioner in between. Lately though, I've noticed my scalp just at the back/nape has been feeling more oily than usual, so I wanted something I could use just on that area.This is exactly that, targeted care that allows me to just do what I need to do without involving my whole head.The first time I used this, following the instructions for the root application method, I felt a slight tingling when I first sprayed it on, but that went away almost immediately after I massaged it in. After a few minutes, there was a vey noticeable difference in how oily that part of my scalp felt, in the "not at all oily" way.The scent is a bit strong right out of the can, but it dissipates quickly and leaves behind just a sort of sweet fruity hint of freshness.I didn't notice much of a difference between the two spray settings when I tested them side by side, but since the instructions are to spray from 8" away for both anyway, I don't know that they need to be *that* different?A little of this seems to go a long way, so I expect this can to last me a while. Which is great because it really is exactly what I need it to be.
