As a gum for chewing, this is perfectly fine stuff. The first few minutes' chewing are a liitle weird, as the outer coating's texture is flaky and and dissolves into one's saliva--I suppose this may be the probiotic part of the gum. The flavor is a generic berry flavor; neither delicious nor off-putting, it tastes as one might expect of a sugar-free or low-sugar gum flavored with stevia.As an oral probiotic, I really couldn't discern whether it added any benefit or not; at the end of the day, my teeth and gums feel much the same as on other days when I don't use this gum. All in all, a fine gum but expensive when considered on a piece-by-piece basis.
