Great Overall Scrub - I use this for my face once a day. There is a relatively small amount for use as a body scrub, so using it that way may be expensive. In terms of exfoliation strength, it is moderate to strong and there is a bunch of bits in the scrub where you can definitely feel it. It is strong enough where it can be slightly rough on the skin and can cause a little bit of dryness or peeling sometimes. That's why I would only use it once a day, but I feel like I need it to clear skin and open up some pores. Overall though it is cleansing and moisturizing in a good experience way.Nice Pumpkin Spice Scent - The scent is of moderate strength and the primary scent is pumpkin spice that is similar to what you would spell in coffee shop or pastry type pumpkin spice flavor. I like pumpkin spice so I like this scent. It only lingers while using it though.Okay Ingredients - Looks like a mix of artificial and natural ingredients.
