At first, it seemed bland and almost tasteless. Like it just needed something.After a couple more small bites with simple bruschetta crackers, it became yummy and tasty. I think I'm so conditioned to stronger flavoring and seasoning that I initially missed out on this natural artichoke yet very flavorful spread. Yum!Definitely worth a try for a nice tasty snack.
