I have a very vanilla hair care routine and very average hair. I don’t color it, use shampoo and conditioner from the same company as this product. I blow dry and curl most days. The last time I was getting my biannual hair cut, my hairdresser mentioned a lot of breakage near the crown - it could be one of a million things but I figured I should at least start using a heat protector. My hairdresser recommended this one.I cannot get over how much shinier and healthy looking this has made my hair! Even the next day my hair is passable which has never been the case for me before.
