I first found this at Food Lion & they quit selling it. I have a regular delivery from Amazon, as I enjoy it for breakfast almost every morning. One packet can make at least 4 bowls of soup. I usually add 3 eggs instead of 2 since I make a meal of it. Not exactly like at a Chinese Restaurant, but it is delicious.
