I like anchovies especially for my Cesar salads and these taste great. They do not have any metallic taste that anchovy paste sometimes does. Just be warned the jar is very small, but there are a few servings in there. It can normally last me making 2-3 Cesar salads using about 4-5 anchovy fillets each time.
