I make foul with it, if one doesn't know it's an Arabic dish, you smash the beans on a pan till it's smooth and creamy by adding olive oil, tomato, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.Eat with pita breadI need to add that I see some negative reviews , just so they know the beans are supposed to be that way because wee make a dish called Foul and for that dish the fava beans need to be smashed
