Obviously price is a factor here, but I will say that this was one of the few cases where it was worth it. You can see and taste the difference - this tuna is looks more like olive oil poached tuna steak than your run of the mill canned variety. That being said, the only way to really enjoy it is straight out of the can. You can mash it up into tuna salad or mix it into a salad, but it would be a waste of the quality and cost.
