Great conductive gel, if you want the electrode pads to stay firmly in place. It's a great gel, but VERY sticky and almost like thick glue. Perfect for when you're using it for TNS pain blocking and want the electrodes to hold in place all day. After you pull off the electrode pad, you need a good soap and water to clean off the gel. SO, don't use this one for a quick electrode session but DO use it if you want them to stay fixed in place all day. I have other gel for quick applications but this one is GREAT for long term applications. It was great when by back was hurting and I needed to fly all day so it held the electrodes in place all day. And, you only need a little bit so it's a great value. FYI, I found Neutrogena body wash cleans it off very well.
