I'm not going to shy away from some real talk here, ladies. There are many things about menopause and/or postmenopause that I was never told and was in no way prepared for. One of them, and the biggest one for me, is the drying out of my lady bits. No one ever mentioned that before! It's an issue that I have been working on with my doctor. In addition to some prescription cream for internal use, she also recommended using a balanced intimate wash for the external bits. When I saw this one available from Vine, I requested it and here we are. This review is for: COCONU Refresh Intimate Wash - Foaming Wash for Women & Men | Intimate Soap, Fragrance Free...This wash arrived quickly and safely with no damage. It's a relatively small tube of only 4 ounces. As per the directions, pump 2-4 times and apply gently, by hand, externally only. It foams up very nicely and after a minute or so, I rinsed thoroughly. This is a super gentle cleanser and I experienced no irritation upon using it. In fact after a few days of use, I feel so much better. It no longer feels so dry and no longer gets irritated or itchy. There are no harsh ingredients in this, as there often are in the intimate washes I tried before this one. No alcohol. No glycerin or fragrance.Yes, this is a very small tube and rather on the pricey side for 4 ounces. However, I am so impressed with this that I am definitely going to get more. I can't tell you how miserable menopause has made me, but this wash has brightened my outlook quite a bit and I'm thinking maybe I can get back to normal now that I have the right....tools, so to speak. Highly recommended!
