OK, this product works beautifully as advertised but it is a little rough on my skin. In fact, after using it the firs time my skin looked red and dry. Still, for controlling oil in the T Zone of my face this stuff is amazing. And that is how I use it now. For my whole face and based on my experience with it I'd give this product 3 stars but because of how it helps with controlling oil I give it 5 stars. I like the smell but some might not. One can definitely detect the witch hazel. The lotion goes on feeling cool and refreshing and it is immediately absorbed. I use it with little round makeup pads so I don't use much and even with using very little I get the "oil control" result I want. I use this lotion about every other day and that's perfect for me.
