It is designed to maintain an inguinal hernia or rupture in reduction and can be worn with both adjustable pads for a double hernia or with either pad removed for a single hernia. Removable pads allow use for either the right or left side; complete range of pad adjustment for a perfect fit.

General scrotal pain during the day and during the night, or nearly 24 hours/day. I was a bit suspect of the non-stretch waist band. Turns out that the non-stretch holds the sac much better. Finally a scrotal support that is comfortable on all 24 hours. The best part is the sac's exterior edges. Its is a double the soft material and does not cause pain where the sac hugs under the scrotum, which has always been the problem area with previous suspensories. Be sure to order by the length of the waist band. I'm a 35"waist and the medium waist band had another 5 inches to go. The sac size is determined by the waist size. I was skeptical but the sac size fit fine. Just bought a second one.
