Customers find this lip balm to be the best product on the market, offering good sun protection and keeping lips moisturized. However, the color accuracy receives mixed feedback - while the tinted versions have wonderful color, the red shade appears dark brown. Recent User Experience

These are fantastic, mineral-based sunscreen lip balms without any of the endocrine-disrupters in clear, or nano sunblock. (I do NOT want any of those on my skin, let alone near my mouth.) I love both colors, and am particularly impressed by their staying power. I snack and drink tea all day, and this lasts 6-8 hours without the need to reapply.That said, they aren't very moisurizing (except for the after sun balm, which is silky, with a dreamy aloe scent). I think the density of the blend is what makes it so long lasting. I apply a small amount of moisturizing lip balm before applying the tinted sunblock, and it still lasts a long time, and seals in the moisture below. Normally I would need to reapply lip balm several times a day to keep my lips moisturized, but with the sunblock locking the emollient-rich lip balm in, I only need to reapply once or maybe twice in a full day.
