For more flavor I sometimes like to use different broths instead of water to make this (like organic mushroom broth). Tastes great. - Sometimes I have my local health food store order them for me because the 1lb. bag is only $4.19 there. (Can't beat that price!) - I also sometimes make vegan "cheesy" mashed potatoes with these. Tastes AMAZING!!! Enjoy!!!
