This Biotherm Aquasource Hydra Barrier Cleanser To Soothe And Strengthen The Skin Barrier From The Very First Use, With Biotech Plankton, Bio-Ceramides, And Vitamin B3, 5.1 Fl.Oz. works well for my skin. I sometimes have issue with cleansers that foam, but this one doesn't cause my skin to become too dry as long as I keep up with my normal moisturizing routine (which is simply apply moisturizer after cleansing, sometimes with a toner in between and sometimes not). I like how thick the cream is that comes out, as I only have to use a little bit to get enough foam to give a thorough cleansing of my face. After using it for a while I am happy to report that it hasn't lead to an increase of redness or irritation, but seems to help keep my skin a little more balanced overall.
