Ramen. Not much to say, way better texture than say nissan or maruchan. The golden secret of this ramen, is the herbs and spice layers. It's straight up perfect. Depending how much water etc, you use, it does carry a mild (for me) spicy. Good warm feeling. Not like Habanero in your face etc. I've tried them all from k, to vn, japan, to usa land. This one can not be beat. Don't forget, Shitake dried mushrooms. Add her in. This pic is just cabbage, shitake with the goodie packages. Didn't use ramen. Wanted the mild heat. Care and luck.
