I have been buying this exact product directly from Bella Sun Luci (shipped in shipments of 3 + shipping = $$S) after finding it at my local grocery store as an apparent one off. It was EXACTLY like the genuine risotto that my Italian side of my family would cook (my step-in laws), standing over the hot cook top and stirring endlessly, occasionally switching cooks if the main had to go discipline a kid or throw together some other part of the meal (for me it was switching arms, because 30 mins can really build your muscles). It was also as flavorful, as rich, as the risotto we had eaten in Florence, Italy at that little local corner restaurant ( in the neighborhood, not the tourist area) where they asked you "Red or White" and "Still or Fizzy" and then threw a few glasses and a giant jug of whatever you asked for on the table, along with the bread with no salt (good lord, get over the argument with Milan already))I had originally ordered this and after getting a bad batch, they replaced it completely and the newer container is perfect again. I take back all the bad things I was thinking about them.
